Don't get dermals here. I took my daughter here to get dermals for her birthday. I should've noticed the red flag when I asked for dermals and he said he hated doing them, which was also why he had to charge me $250. After the procedure, my daughter noticed her left side piercing was loose. He tried pressing it in and told her to just clean it. My daughter followed his instructions but noticed something was wrong, so she went back a few days later, and he told her to put a Band-Aid on it. A few days went by, and my daughter noticed the hole widening, so she went to urgent care where they removed it. I then went back to the store to speak with Chris. I calmly and politely explained the situation and asked if invouod get a partial refund. He offered to redo it, while saying he never did anything wrong. Kinda contradicting. I wouldn't have him redo my daughter's piercing he already messed up I don't trust his expertise anymore. He then continued to say that he didn't like me after I had been really polite. Long story short, don't ignore reviews and make sure they're professional. Having an establishment doesn't make you a professional.
Got my downsize by Chris, he forced the jewelry through, tearing up my cartilage, quite literally. I’ve had many piercings and many downsizes, yet, this is the first one to have had this issue. Downsizing should be a considerably smooth transition. Trauma like this around a cartilage piercing can cause an infection. And not to mention, if there is an issue with my piercing, and obviously there was because it went through so roughly, inform your client of that, and tell them to wait, and give them insight. I am disappointed because I would expect a “professional piercer” to not only know this information, but also inform their client of any issues they see, and take the best course of action- even if that means waiting longer. Obviously he does not have any regard for his clients. Nor does he care for the safety of his clients. Please do not go here. Note after owner response: I wouldn’t have to write this review if you offered a good service. This review is not a personal attack, just a reflection of your business. Additionally, a piercer that cares about their clients would be concerned over this review, not butthurt I wrote it, and trying to guilt trip/cover up their mistake.
I am 15 years old and went in for a belly button piercing and had a bar put in that was too small and started to bed into my skin. Swollen red and filled with puss I ended up having to take it out and will be left with a scar because of his unprofessional behavior. Truly disgusted by the service. He was rough, rushed and told me if I lost 15 pounds that it would look better. When the truth is it wouldve looked better if I went to a piercer that actually cared.
