cannot recommend their piercing services at all. i got my bridge pierced here and had nearly 2 years of severe complications while trying to heal, only to find out later that the piercer in training used the wrong jewelry. the curved bar caused extreme inflammation and nearly ruined my nose. the same piercer also pierced my nipples and they came out lopsided and so uneven. prices are embarrassing for the quality of work done. the owner was also very rude and overcharged me for my service. when i asked about the price he told me he bet i didnt even have the money, told me to "come back when i have money" . these people only care about cash and made me feel so uncomfortable. reading other one star reviews and seeing how they respond to people really show that they cannot take responsibility or accountability.just save your money and go to moonflower.

First came here when I was 1. I got my ears pierced since I was a baby. My dad got me and my siblings ears done all 4 of us including him. I’ve gotten both sides of my nose and I’ve gotten my belly pierced here perfectly fine. The 1 time I had an issue with paying for 2 sets of studs they’re taking long and the lady that answers the phone wants to bring up her kids ears piercings don’t fall out or come out. What does that have to do with the fact I just purchased these and they’re falling out when I bend down or make slight movements. It’s definitely quantity over quality here. Nice lady with the dreads but they need to figure out how to handle customer service a bit better !!! Last time seeing me here. Sorry not sorry yooo…. Studs are almost dollars 30$ a pair!! Just for the backs to not even hold the earrings in your ears. I sat for almost 45 mins just to get another set while the lady who answered the darn phone is just sitting in my face eating candy and scrolling on Facebook! Over 20+ years of service from us. This is the last one you get from me.

Unprofessional And Irresponsible Piercer Here At Pelicans She Butchered My Ear During Process Of Gauges And Tried To Cover It Up I Heard And Felt 2 Seperate Crunches on The Same Ear And After Appointment I Went Right Back In To Show Her How It Looks She Said Oh No Biggie Needle Must’ve Slipped Or Something You’ll Be Fine And Sent Me On My Way Like My Concerns Weren’t Valid I Am 2 Weeks Into Having My Gauges In And The Ear She Almost Double Gauged Is Still Bleeding Not From Actual Gauge It’s Bleeding From The Half a Second Hole She Put In My Ear She Didnt Even Finish The Job On The Visit She Made Me Come Back Almost A Week Later So She Can Put The Backs On In The Mean Time I Had A Gauge Fall Out I Had To Put Back In Still With No Back To Hold It In Then It Took Me 2 Days After The Day She Told Me To Come Back For The Backs To Finally See Her To Get Them Done Then I Showed Manager And She Knew It Was So Bad That She Told Me To Come Speak With Owner On Wednesdays She Was Very Polite And Tried To Help Piecer Was Rude And Basically Told Me I Can and Could’ve Brought My Money Elsewhere As If She Didnt Screw Up I Paid 170 Not Only Did Other Shops Tell Me I Over Paid They Also Said This Was Piercers Error Today Called At 1:30 and No Owner Piercer Answered Phone Heard My Voice And Gave The Manager The Phone Saying it’s The Kid Crying About His Gauges And Then Manager Gets On Phone Not As Pleasant As She Was In The Past Giving me The Run Around And I Said Geesh I Just Wanna Get This Settled What Do I Have To Do Get A Lawyer I Don’t Wanna Do That She Said Go Ahead We Dont Care We Got Insurance And Lawyers Losing One Customer Won’t Hurt This Is Sad And Bad Business It’s Sad To See A Local Business Thats Been Around For So Long Be Like This And Treat A Customer Like This I Didn’t Get Gauges For Free I Paid 170 for Job To Get Butchered And Not Even Completed Day Of Appointment… I Didn’t Want To Come On Here And Do This But Seeming There Is No Resolution Or Communication With The Owner Or Someone That Can Do Anything About What Has Happened I Posted This… To The Owner Joe Please Reach Out To Me You Manager Has My Number Or You Can Send Me A Message On Facebook Please And Thank You
