The owner does not respond and if she does it takes 1 month. Meanwhile she posts non stop on instagram. It’s very hard to book an appointment or even speak to anyone. This is why I don’t support black businesses as a fellow black person myself. Customer service doesn’t exist. She never once apologized for the delay instead told Me she was available. When I asked For a time and day no response but she is on IG posting selfies with her cat. It seems as though you can only get to book an appointment when you have a huge following on IG. She posted up Ming Lee after I’ve been trying to book a simple consultation for a cover up almost a month. Lmao never again.

I had the pleasure of getting tattooed by apprentice Mary Rivera. She made me feel welcomed, was very professional and is a great artist. The shop had a very relaxing vibe and was very clean and sanitary. I drove all the way from Boston and I am excited for my next session with them!

Best tattoo artist I’ve ever had super professional and makes you feel comfortable with any questions you may have, can tell she really takes pride in her work. If you get a tattoo from her just know it’s gonna be of the highest quality
