Diego is phenomenal! He helped me discover that the machine I originally ordered was out of stock, then helped me through the process of changing my order to a different model that only had one battery in stock, as well as a refund of the difference. Before that refund could go through, he called me and offered to send me a backup battery as well for the inconvenience, at no additional cost from what I already had paid. Seriously amazing top tier customer service & kindness from him. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars!!
