It’s been like 20 years since I had my last piercing so today I was really sending myself into an anxious spiral about a conch piercing I wanted. I let Melody know that I was a bit anxious and she was so sweet and calm and gentle and talked me through the process. The piercing was but a tiny pinch! It’s super cute and I’m looking forward to coming back for more once this little guy is healed. Thanks so much! 10/10

I went to get a dermal piercing , and the piercer there seemed unsure and said she didn’t know how to do the piercing? so I got the anti eyebrow instead and the piercing process was great even though she was acting sort of strange. literally the next day after i got the piercing i realized the ball had popped off , and i’ve had MANY piercings before i know how to take care of them i know not to touch them! it seemed she didn’t tighten the jewelry enough . anyway i went back to get it fixed and it was a different piercer and she seemed super annoyed that she had to deal with this and while she was checking the piercing she literally just ripped it out of my face without telling me she would have to redo it , then she redid the piercing and it just felt RUSHED and she left me bleeding all over and said she didn’t have any bandaids and didn’t even give me a tissue or anything . it was still free to have it redone and i know it’s not her fault that it happened but it still just felt so weird!! anyway the piercing was done wrong and uneven it was just an awful experience all around and would recommend going anywhere else

Omg my piercer was melody and She was the sweetest person alive! Very patient and talks you through the process. So patient and sweet my 70 year old grandma wants her piercings done by melody 🥹!! I walked in as a stranger felt like I walked out with a best friend lol
