When I say Monica created my brows, I mean she CREATED them giving me brows where I had almost nothing before! She is an incredible artist - she sees what could be and brings that vision to life. I have sensitive skin and was super nervous about the process. She eased all my worries, gave lots of information about pre and post-care, and checks in during the entire process. She shares her plan with you so you can see what the shape and color will be like before she goes forward. Any adjustments you think you want, she is happy to co-create with you. She's incredibly kind and friendly - excellent customer service. Anytime I've had a question during or between appointments, she is quick to answer. She takes her work seriously and it shows. If you're like I was and don't know where to start with brows in any way - Monica is your gal. I really can't say enough about how amazing she is. I've been to her a handful of times now and will continue because now I trust her and only her - go see her!

I can't say enough about the amazing work Monica did with my ombré and microblading! My eyebrows have always been sparse in some areas and darker in others, and I used to wish the hair would just grow where I needed it. Since that's not an option, I decided to visit Monica, and it was the best decision I've made. Monica was incredibly thorough in explaining the entire process and what to expect during the healing phase. She made sure to ask detailed questions about my medications and any topical products I was using to ensure I was a good candidate for the best possible results. Her attention to detail and personalized care really set her apart. Since Monica transformed my brows, I've also started going to her for threading, and I couldn't be happier. I used to get threaded at various places, and it was frustrating because I never saw the same person twice, which meant my eyebrows were shaped differently every time. With Monica, my brows are consistently shaped perfectly each time.
