He listened to what I wanted, added his own creative touch, and delivered a piece that looks even better than I imagined. The detail, line work, and shading are next-level. In early December 2025 I went to Philby to get a memorial tattoo for my son. I showed him the tat I wanted. He did a design similar to it. I wasn't completely satisfied with it, he told me to let it heal and if I wanted a touch up, he'd be happy to do it. I've called 8 times and left messages for him so I can schedule an appointment for the touch up. He has never called me back. I was assured he was given my messages. Now, I wouldn't want him to do it, because obviously, if he wanted to do the right thing, he would have called me back. Now I have to go somewhere else to have it re-done. The only reason I got this tattoo was to honor my son, but I am definitely not happy with the one I got from Philby.
I took my son for his first tattoo with Dustin. We drove almost 3 hrs and it was worth it. Very cool vibe there. Dustin was very professional and had great personality. The place was very clean and everything was opened infront of us which I made us feel safe. We were there for a few hours and never did it feel awkward. He took his time explaining everything to us and made sure my son was comfortable throughout the whole time. This man is very talented. The tattoo came out soo beautiful. His attention to detail, line wrk, and shading was all was on point. We are going back to finish up and I cant wait to see everything complete. This picture is what its looking like so far.
