Absolutely stellar service, me and a friend came and got piercings. Breanna was a doll, so friendly talking and joking with us the whole service, absolutely will be returning! The whole studio is so clean and welcoming, probably the best piercing service I’ve gotten. 10/10 absolutely recommend!

I've used the Beach Blvd location for both a tattoo and piercing and am thoroughly impressed. My 13 yo wanted to get a second ear set done, and I refuse to take her to those places in the mall. I had been looking at this shop for my own tattoo and since they did piercings, figured it was a good way to go check it out. Brenna was wonderful, she explained the whole process before and then again while she was doing it, and made sure the 13 yo was comfortable and distracted. They have an on site notary that made the paperwork super quick and easy and we were in and out in under 30 minutes for a walk in appointment. I'm sure we will be using this service again in the future. A few weeks later, I went back in on a Saturday just to see if my tattoo ideas was even possible. I had an impromptu consultation with Angel, gave him the idea, and set up an appointment for the following Wednesday. I had also asked about numbing cream due to a previous bad tattoo experience, and Angel said he would order some and it wasn't a problem. Day of appointment, I show up and am extatic by the design of my tattoo. Seeing it not in my head anymore and actually on paper was amazing. Unfortunately, Amazon had a delayed delivery so I didn't use the numbing cream, but Angel let me bring my friend back with me so I could beat on them if it got too painful. Which it DIDN'T. There were some tender spots, but it was the best tattoo experience I've had, and made me second guess why I waited 20 years in between. He did phenomenal work, and I absolutely cannot wait for it to heal so I can go back in and have him add some of his killer water colors. Went in to get a memorial tattoo for my uncle, and Rob was terrific! He took my idea and ran with it, creating a design I couldn't have imagined. He asked for my input along the way in the design process and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. After about an hour or so of sitting time the tattoo came out even better than the drawing, with tons of attention to detail! Rob specializes in using white accents in his tattoos to really add depth and detail to his pieces. It's looks freaking awesome! I would recommend this shop to anyone and will get all tattoos from here in the future. The help working with my design ideas and attention to detail are second to none.
