I got a nose piercing with Haven and they were so kind and welcoming. Very quick piercing and didn’t give me time to be anxious. Highly recommend Haven! It looks amazing!

Place was bumping everyone was having good time. If your looking for quiet low key shop this ain't it but was a good environment. As a walk in on a flash sale I still got in pretty quick. And I'm happy with the tattoos I got

arrived for the Friday the 13th event and was the third person in line when the shop opened. Despite being one of the first customers there, the entire process was handled in a completely disorganized and unprofessional way. I filled out my paperwork and handed it to the front desk. After waiting around for about 25 minutes while multiple people behind me were seated with tattoo artists, I had to ask what was going on. The woman at the counter had lost my form and couldn’t even remember where she put it. It was eventually found buried under a stack of papers. Instead of correcting their mistake or honoring the fact that I was third in line, I was told there were now six people ahead of me and that the wait would be three hours. That’s unacceptable, especially when the delay was caused by their own lack of organization. To make matters worse, the artist I was supposedly assigned to, Kat, appeared overwhelmed and had a noticeably negative attitude toward other clients. Watching her interactions made it clear that waiting three hours would not have been worth it.
