Cecil was awesome! My Spanish was pretty rusty but together we were able to get across to each other and nail down all the details. He did an amazing job, was very professional and super personable. His shop is ultra clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get inked in the Auburn area
Absolutely a scam. Milton doesn't understand what you are saying no matter if you use a translator, a google translate app, or ask 50 people how to relay information to him he just doesn't get it. I paid $100 for a tattoo deposit and spent three days trying to explain to him what I wanted and he could not grasp what was as saying. Save yourself the time and find someone else.
I loved my Personalized tattoo of flowers and butterflies also my palm trees. Cesar does such a great job with lines and details. 10/10 recommend.
