JN Tattoo

Went with my brother to get tattoos, and Juan was great. So was the studio, which is in a salon building that leases out individual studios to various skilled professionals. The building and the individual studio felt modern and upscale. Juan's studio, his equipment and procedures were extremely clean and hygienic. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He was a very pleasant guy, and easy to get along with. Zero weird vibes. He has very high quality tattoo machines that make zero noise, and special modern needles that made the tattoo hurt much less than the others I have had done (the last of which was ~18 years ago). He also provided a free beverage when I mentioned feeling a little dehydrated. My brother and I were both very happy and impressed with the efficiency and skill that Juan demonstrated as he stenciled out our unique tattoos (each of us had inked paw prints from our beloved dogs that passed away), and the way he brought the prints to life on our skin. I would definitely recommend this shop and artist to anyone looking for a tattoo. He was worth the drive from Port Orchard.

I waited almost two years to find the right artist for this very meaningful piece, and choosing Juan was 100% worth it. This tattoo took over five hours, and labor wise, Juan said the level of detail and focus was the equivalent of doing a full sleeve for a medium sized piece, and it shows. Juan absolutely killed it. The lines, flow, and detail are next level, and he brought my vision to life with so much care and intention. If you want an artist who treats tattooing as true art and gives your idea the time and mastery it deserves, Juan is it. Worth the wait. Worth every minute.

Cannot recommend JN Tattoo more. Juan is super talented & you can tell he really loves what he does. I had given him a picture of what I wanted, and was unsure if it was something that would translate well as a tattoo, but it was important for me to get it. He NAILED it. It looked even better than I imagined. He made it the right size, put it where I wanted (behind my ear, which can be a tricky are), and made sure the lines and curves really aligned with where he put it. He took his time, and even explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He uses really great ink, his area is extremly clean and has just a really good vibe. Super nice guy. Will be going back for sure. 10/10
