Tai Li is awesome!!! She's a girls girl and is so nice. We were the only ones left in the shop and she let me blast my music. So friendly and an amazing artist. I HIGHLY recommend her

This place was very nice and extremely easy to book an appointment with. They offered beverages and took the time to answer all of our questions, which made the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. My girlfriend and I went in to get both of her nostrils pierced, and the total came out to around $150. During the appointment, it was a bit difficult to get the piercings perfectly even. At the time, we weren’t sure if it was due to her nose anatomy or swelling, and we hoped it would settle and look more even as it healed. A few days later, though, one of her piercings began to migrate and became very painful, sinking into the piercing site. Since she lives in Ellensburg, I encouraged her to visit a local piercer to have it checked. That piercer informed her that the jewelry used was too short for a fresh nostril piercing, or too toght or something. I cant remember, i wasnt there, but needed to be replaced or loosened? Thankfully, it was an easy fix and cost under $10. I want to be clear that the piercer we saw was genuinely kind, patient, and pleasant to talk to. They did seem a bit shaky during the piercing, and while it was clear they were doing their best, the experience suggested they may not be the most technically experienced. I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt this was important for first-timers to know so they can ask questions and advocate for proper jewelry sizing, placement, etc. That said, the empathy shown afterward really stood out. My girlfriend became very dizzy and pale after the piercing, and our piercer stayed with us, chatted, and made sure she was okay before letting her stand up and leave. That level of care meant a lot to us. Kindness and attentiveness are incredibly important qualities in a piercer or tattoo artist, and this shop clearly values that. Overall, my girlfriend is still very happy she got the piercing, and while there were some technical issues, the compassion and professionalism shown afterward made the experience feel supportive and safe.

First, the lady came out and took a tattoo consult at the same time we were scheduled to see her. She had apparently double booked herself. So she spent about 15 minutes with the guy. Not usually something I’d complain about but on top of everything else it was frustrating. When we got back to the room, she marked the spot on one side and pierced. But then she missed the transfer from piercing needle to the jewelry. Twice. She dug around in my kids lip for quite a while trying to push the needle back through My kid asked to switch sides because the first spot was hurting badly. The piercer did not re-mark placement and instead clamped and pierced right away. The second piercing is noticeably lower and uneven compared to the first. We were given minimal aftercare instructions, no apology, and although we received a free aftercare kit, we were still charged full price. Two days later, my kid’s lip was very swollen. We went to a piercing-only shop, where they were shocked by what we described. They told us the jewelry used was poor quality, too short for healing, and not surgical-grade. They also said the placement would make switching to a ring later very difficult, which was our original goal. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional from start to finish — from scheduling issues to poor technique, materials, and customer care. I would not return and strongly recommend going to a dedicated piercing shop instead.
