The staff is super friendly! And not only that but they are very professional, The lady who helped me out was so nice I didn’t get her name. Ryan the piercer was amazing he was super nice and professional, answered all my questions and was super fast I didn’t even notice when he put the piercing, it was super fast and painless.

Great customer service!!!! but i am not happy about how my tattoo journey is going at this establishment!!! if i was to go back there that would be three different attempts on both hands. not to mention the miscommunication about what was to go on the street signs tattoo!!! i found another place that i think would be more suitable for me seeing that i plan on getting many more tattoos!!! like i said i like the people there and the artist is cool as hell but i am not happy with this whole process at all!!! now i have to pay someone else/ another business $500 to fix my tattoos after they heal WHEN I ALREADY PAID OVER $700 on these 2...thats including tips everytime i went in there!!! i like the artist as a person and i wish you the best of luck but this place is not for me!

I went there Thursday to get a snake eye piercing my piercer was Joey, he was very respectful and fast with his hands , I will most definitely be coming back for all my other piercings. Thank you Joey, you were awesome 🫶🏾
