Our 11 years old finally got her ears pierced today, and she was incredibly brave. She did such an amazing job staying calm the whole time. Danny at Radiance Piercings was absolutely wonderful with her, so gentle and reassuring. I was genuinely impressed with the shop, the service, and their professionalism. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we walked in, the studio was spotless and clearly maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Everything felt calm, welcoming, and very professional, which immediately put both me and my daughter at ease. Ryan took the time to thoroughly communicate each step of the process and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and informed the entire time. What truly stood out was his honesty and expertise — he carefully explained that she didn’t have the correct anatomy for the piercing she originally wanted and took the time to educate her on why, instead of just going through with it. He then suggested an alternative piercing that would work better for her anatomy, and she absolutely loves the result. The level of care, patience, and professionalism Ryan showed made it clear that client safety and satisfaction are his top priorities. The jewelry selection was also impressive, with beautiful, high-quality options to choose from. This was not a rushed experience at all — we felt genuinely cared for and respected throughout the entire visit. Ryan is the coolest! They have such a great staff and energy! Went in for a new nose ring and ended up not loving the way it fit, came back and they switched it out for a more snug ring for me! Couldn’t recommend them more, love love love
