Just left this location after accompanying my partner for her first set of lobe piercings. Brooke was professional, kind, and quick! The other young woman there was super kind and professional too (I hate that I didn't get her name). It went so well that I wanna come back and get more ear piercings myself.
My teen daughter got her ears pierced here a few weeks ago and she couldn't be happier. It was her first piercing, just a simple lobe piercing for earrings, so she didn't know what to expect, but everything was explained and went smoothly. And she's had no problems since the piercing. Everyone was friendly and helpful, definitely a place I would recommend to family and friends.
Took my 13 year old. I was nervous to take her to a "non-claires" shop..but Brooke was so nice and helpful with all of my questions. My absolute biggest compliment is that when my daughter felt like she was going to pass out, (after piercing done) Brooke was right on it. Knew immediately how to help and did not panic. Very good experience, would recommend very highly.
