I got a tattoo here by Jesus who stated that he was the best artist on that side of the 110 fwy. Well that was a mistake that is permanently on my hand. My tattoo came out horrible and then to find out that he is the manager was even worse because I will not go back to him to get it fixed. A waste of money.
