Julio’s tattoo shop in Louisville is the best in the area. My wife and I have been here several times and have both gotten over seven tattoos done by Julio. My wife and several other female family members also got their eyebrows done by Microblading Artist Ethel at this location.
Julio Torres Martinez has done my last three tattoos and i can not be more happier with the way they have all turned out.
