Had a great experience at my piercing appointment with Pat! I first came in for an anatomy consultation on a double rook, then came back in on a different day to get it done. Pat walked me through the whole process, and I felt super comfortable throughout! You absolutely get the quality of service that you pay for, and it was so worth it to me. Will definitely be back for future piercings!

Went in for an anatomy consultation with Amy and an eyebrow piercing with Pat and both were an awesome experience! They were super honest about anatomy and previous scarring being the reason I shouldn't get a couple of the piercings I wanted and although I was bummed, I'm ultimately super thankful they were honest and clearly want the best longevity for any piercing they do. I'll absolutely be back when I'm ready for my next piercing!

When I got my ears pierced at Twisted Images when I was 14 and 17, I had the best care possible. I got my first ear and my double piercings there. I had such good service that when I turned 18, I wanted to get my first tattoo there. I loved the atmosphere of the place and everything. It was perfect. When I went to get my tattoo, I was faced with rudeness and standoffish behavior. It was probably the worst 3 hours of my life, and it wasn't because of pain. My tattoo artist made fun of my future profession (I'm in school for marketing and communications for social media strategy). Said comments such as "AI will take over your job." "That's not even a profession anymore." This was back in August, but I recently got my tattoo touched up and was faced with the same rudeness and standoffish attitude. Which I feel is unacceptable. I even took a guest with me the second time, who has had multiple tattoos, just to observe. He said I should switch tattoo artists immediately... On the bright side, my tattoo is BEAUTIFUL, and I am glad I got it. But I wouldn't recommend going here for a tattoo; there are definitely much better artists with much more respect and kindness out there in Louisville. (For a lower price too...) A tattoo artist should be welcoming and kind. The customer service I had for my FIRST tattoo was AWFUL. Twisted Images is only good for piercings. Don't go for tattoos.
