Can never say enough about how wonderful Rowan is! I’ve taken two nieces here for their first ear piercings, and the licensed nurses on staff were so accommodating, kind, and gentle throughout each process. The store environment is fun and welcoming for all ages, and everyone who works here is a best friend in the making. Earring selection is fab and the prices don’t bust the bank (unless you want them to!). 1,000/10 will go again!
Had my daughter and son’s ears pierced here back in November. We chose Rowan for peace of mind with a nurse doing the piercing. They did a great job with both of them and we had issues with the piercings. Until we noticed my daughter was missing an earring. By the time we got new earrings (little ears must heal fast) her hole closed up. We made an appointment to re-pierce it, fully intending on paying for it again. We were very surprised when we were told no charge. AMAZING customer service!!
We had a great experience getting helix piercings! Super quick and easy, the employees are kind, thoughtful, helpful, and know exactly what they are doing.
