Staff is amazing. Came in to get my industrial done. They took the time to make sure it was even to my other ear. Which I super appreciate. Everyone was very friendly, and easy to get along with. Very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!!! P.s. dont mind the purple pen, I havent cleaned it off yet.
I'm SO glad I did my research and decided to book a piercing appointment here after seeing they had good reviews. I've had mediocre experiences with other piercing/tattoo shops in the Madison area, but this one was clean, friendly, and professional. And my appointment was FUN! I got three piercings done (two lobes and a helix) and they were all quick and comfortable thanks to Ronni's expertise. The jewelry is cute and high-quality. The staff was knowledgable and great to talk with. I would absolutely recommend this place!
Went in for an industrial and they were so amazing! They made sure my anatomy was correct and that I was extremely comfortable throughout. I’m pretty sure the girl who pierced me was Veronica or something with a V, she was super sweet!
