Unhinged Piercing

My partner started the process of stretching his earlobes and I picked up a new set of jewelry for my nose. There was a bit of a wait for walk-ins but we spent it at a nearby book store. Everyone was really helpful and friendly! The space is comfortable and low-stress and the piercing room is private. Judgement-free, inclusive, and lots of fun goodies to look at. We were both really happy with our experience here.

My piercer was wonderful! I loved the experience of getting my lobes pierced for the first time as an adult. The lower rating is for jewelry quality & customer service. A couple weeks after getting pierced, my earrings started to unscrew and fall out. I called them and asked them to help fix it the third time it happened. When I walked in, they were defensive, seemed angry that I asked them to help fix this problem & then charged me a service fee of $10. I didn't like the experience at all. I didn't pay $90+ to get my ears pierced, just to have the jewelry fall out every other week. I won't be back because of the principle of the situation, but I'm thankful for the piercer and would highly recommend the actual piercers here!

i went to see liv and she did AMAZING WORK!! she’s done most of my other piercings and she’s killed it every single time. this particular visit we did a floating orbital (which is not a service they provide at this time) with a dangly green chain in the middle and i’m in LOVE!!! 1000000000/10 highly recommend. love the shop and everyone there, you’ll always feel welcome!
