Visited today with my husband and two boys, as a gift for me from my husband and it was an amazing experience. As an alternative mama in her 30 I’ve been to quite a few shops and shared some experiences. This has to be in my top 3 experiences. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. They were punctual and answered all my questions. The shop was cleaned and packages were open in front of you so you knew you were receiving clean products. We will definitely be returning before the year is out to get more done.

I am not the one to leave a bad review but I am very disappointed in this shop. First, I want to express they are very professional and knowledgeable, but the piercings are not up to par for the price. Secondly, My daughter got snake bites and they have fallen out not once but twice. She had to pay to get the smaller ones which is the next process ( which maybe that is supposed to be, but as much as she paid I thought paying again was a lot . She had so many issues she finally went down where else to correct the piercings I had got my ears piece and the piercing already stretched out and the earring slips out, so that was a mess My youngest daughter got her nose and double piercing which was about 200 and the nose piercing was done incorrect and that fell out as well the nose piercing close and she was over it. Finally, my oldest had the same issue with the nose and had several issues with her third piercing. Now, I do want to say they were helpful in educating but not that there was anything we can do. A lot of money was spent but the outcomes weren’t what we expected…. For us, we’re going to make the trip to go elsewhere.

Ava was absolutely wonderful! She was so patient, kind, and professional! The shop was so clean and had a nice selection of jewelry. Thank you for the best experience!
