Thank you so much to Bee! Me and my mom got our tattoos and felt sooooo comfortable getting them. Pain was a 3/10 for my first time and I'll def be back for more. I enjoyed the personality of everyone there.

Thank you Chico for making my daughter comfortable while receiving her navel and ear piercings. You did a phenomenal job! The staff member at the front counter was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Went and got my nose pierced and Chico, the piercer, didn’t show me the dot of where he was placing my nose ring before stabbing the needle in. I didn’t get handed a mirror to see it after, just my phone. After leaving and getting to a mirror, I realized it was too far back. I live 3 hours away and called to ask for his advice on how to proceed. He had me come in as they were closing to get it repierced which I was so grateful for. I had him let me look at the dot and I told him I approved of the new placement. He then proceeded to pierce it COMPLETELY far from the dot. Photos for proof. Even one of the other tattoo artists that works there mentioned it was nowhere near where it was supposed to be placed, but still tried to console me as I clearly was upset. I just want a refund at this point. Two holes in my nose and not one of them is where they’re supposed to be. I honestly feel like the piercer did this on purpose because he was upset that I told him I didn’t appreciate him piercing me without letting me see the spot initially. I even told him where I wanted it the first time and his response was “I know where to do it.” I shouldn’t have to walk out of a what should be an exciting experience in tears. Update: after being told to come up to get a refund by the receptionist, I sent my friend up there since I live 3 hours away. Text screenshots posted of what she was told upon arrival. Mind you, she lives an hour away and made the drive for me to get this refund I was told to come get in person. The fact that multiple tattoo artists/piercers/receptionist have confirmed that Chico is a problem yet the owner continues to keep him is BEYOND unprofessional and a complete health and safety concern. I will be reporting this to the board of health/environmental health division as well as the TN dept of commerce and insurance AND the BBB. Charging people BEFORE they see their results and then saying there’s no refunds is a scam.
