They did my younger sisters ears just fine the young lady was quick and made her feel comfortable, the man who did my eyebrow however rushed it and made the experience so pointless to go there. He put dots on there then didnt pierce on the dots causing my piercing to be too wide. The piercing is interchangable but the beads are way too big + he pierced it once then messed up having to poerce a second hole. He seemed to be rushing hecause of his "daughters food" so unprofessional bro 10/26/25

I normally come when Diva is there. But today the owner was there black guy. I came in to purchase jewelry, another customer walked in he immediately stopped helping me to TALK to the other person who wasn’t even buying! So I politely walked out, he probably doesn’t care but it was very rude and I won’t be back!

I knew I wanted my nose pierced but I was also considering getting something new or again. Jamil assisted me & she was amazing! She gave me some great suggestions for me to consider. However, I ended up just getting my nose pierced because i’m so indecisive about what else to get. She had multiple customers come in around the same time I came in. She juggled and assisted each of us with relative ease and professionalism. When my turn came, she was very personable, funny, and comforting. She took care of me in a timely fashion but it didn’t feel rushed. Jamil is a true gem & I will definitely be back for more!
