Talk about GREAT customer service! I wish every company had such a friendly and informative person. Juliet, was so patient and kind to help someone trying to figure out a gift for a friend. The store was very well kept as well. To me a business should always be organized and clean. Thanks to Juliet for her guidance.
The thermal printer I bought here back in October makes me want to cry every time I try to use it. I do tiny/fine line which I explained at purchase. This printer just isn’t capable. I’ve tried getting stencil paper from other places, I’ve tried running it while plugging it in, etc.
Went in just to look and learned so much from Mark. He went through and taught me so many things I would have never known! Super passionate about what he does there. He’s definitely earned a new regular! Go here for any of your tattoo and piercings needs!
