I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful my experience was. I feel blessed to have had crossed paths with the two amazing people behind Creative Souls. The journey started while I was home in New York planning a trip to Miami and wanted to get a memorial piece for my soul dog, Penny while there. I found James and Vivian online and reached out. At first, they didn’t have time and I was ready to move on to the next but they continued to inquire about what I wanted. After hearing the story I got a phone call… an hour later I had two new friends, we chatted, we shared tears and stories of our beloved pets and James drew up the most incredible art. That alone, felt so incredibly special…. Little did I know that was just the beginning. The shop is clean and cozy. James and Vivian though, they make the experience. You feel like long lost friends, like family, so quickly. They both make you feel so comfortable. Our day together was full of laughter, tears, and just connection. On top of….. the amazing art. Let’s not forget that these wonderful spirits are also amazing artists!!!!!! James worked, for the whole day… his eyes were locked, paying attention to every fine detail and the end result shows that. I’ve always wanted that “WOW” piece…. I got it!!!! I cannot recommend them enough. I really can’t…. If you have a bad experience here I can say with the most confidence that’s on you cause I truly don’t know how that would be possible.

10/10 experience every time! I’ve been coming to Creative Souls for years and have gotten my ears, nose, and belly button pierced here. The owners are super friendly, and their place is an absolute vibe. They truly prioritize cleanliness and hygiene, which makes me feel completely at ease during every visit. Their attention to detail and professionalism are unmatched. I recommend this spot to all of my friends—it’s my go-to place for piercings! I also have one tattoo, which I got at Creative Souls. Though I was initially terrified, being in such a friendly and welcoming environment eased my nerves completely. The artist was patient and made the experience so much better than I expected. I absolutely love my tattoo and can’t imagine going anywhere else!

This shop was amazing!! James and Vivian were both wonderful! It was the best tattoo experience I’ve had so far and will definitely be going back for more!
