I'm absolutely happy with the work Loco did. I requested 2 medium tattoo to honor the memory of my late niece and father. It was important for me to get it on a particular date and he was able to fit me in, thankfully! I gave him two inspiration pics and he just improved it and made it look so much better! I'm already looking to add some more ink and coming back! Thank You Loco!

I called the shop to try to get an appointment for a nose piercing for my underage daughter. I was trying to get information on the documentation I needed to do so since I know we need her formal IDs since she has other piercings. I said I had her birth certificate and SS and asked him what kind of picture ID was acceptable for her since we didn't have one, but maybe he could guide me in the right direction. However, the gentleman that answered the phone was very disrespectful and impatient. He may have been with a client, but there was no need to scream at me and hang up the phone on me. I do not recommend this place based on customer service. He said he doesn't make the rules, which I understand, and calmly explained to him that all I needed was information. He acted like I was the one screaming and telling me the same thing over and over. He was not only unhelpful but very disrespectful to hang up the phone on me when I was calmly explaining all I needed was information. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years; if you can't answer a call, don't, or if you have to call back, ask for that. But answering just to scream and hang up the phone on a potential client shows a lack of integrity and professionalism. Don't even bother calling.

I came in to jimmy with an idea and gave him artistic freedom this design was his suggestion and the badge a design from my daughter. Jimmy absolutely delivered and I’m happy with his art. Jimmy gave me some good post care knowledge and I noticed through the process he changes gloves often and spared no expense when it came to cleanliness. Environment was cool and relax private and comfortable. He already knows I’ll be back for more work!
