If you need a nostril piercing, Claudia is your go to. I went to her after having a previous piercing done incorrectly, and she completely fixed it. She was professional, precise, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She also helped correct my daughter’s nostril piercing, and once again did an amazing job. Both experiences were smooth, reassuring, and handled with so much care. I highly recommend Claudia if you want it done right.

I came in to the shop at the end of January looking for a belly button piercing. Claudia was able to give me a consultation and said I had the right anatomy for it. However, after piercing me, she gave me too short a bar for my anatomy and assured me when I asked if it looked to short, that it would probably be okay when the swelling goes down and let me leave with the too short jewelry. A week later I was back in the shop because my skin had started healing up around the jewelry since it was, in fact, too short to heal properly. The new jewelry she gave me lost the ball not once, not twice, but THREE times. After the first time I tried tightening the ball with each cleanse, but after this third time I have given up. The poor, original advice and improper jewelry has me refusing to return. Proceed with caution.

Anna did my snakebites professionally and almost clinically. She was not only very informed, but also very sweet and intelligent! I couldn’t believe the amount of kindness shown by her. Thank you tattoos by Lou! The price was 150 for titanium however that’s only because I was scared of getting infected because of an allergy I have. It is usually 130 with the jewelry and aftercare kit included. Overall a fantastic experience, and I look forward to getting other customizations in the future!
