My daughter has been asking for her second piercing for quite some time. We did a walk in at this location and I’m so happy we did. Bianca was so sweet and walked us through the process and of course the aftercare procedures. Everything was cleaned and sanitized prior to her piercing or coming into contact with the ear. She was exact with the piecing placing and was sure we approved before proceeding. We really enjoyed our experience- Bianca was so kind and so professional I definitely recommend this location and I definitely recommend Bianca!

We had an appointment and came in and they said they are out of liquid. We drove for 30 mins - could have called us and let us know beforehand but they didn’t.

STAY AWAY!!!! I called and asked if I can bring my baby for piercing and if I would need an appointment or can I walk in. The lady on the phone assured me I could walk in. I show up 45 mins later and she tells me since then people have made appointments so they can help us in an hour. (We could see no one was there at the time). We step out into the mall and come back an hour later only to see the store is closed!! There was no need to lie to us. She could have turned us away when we showed up instead of waisting our entire afternoon. Better still could have said that on the phone when I told her I am on my way. If they couldn't help us they should have been honest and upfront. Is the manager/ owner is reading this and you care about your business, fire the girl on the shift. It's the afternoon of Dec 18th 2023.
