The North Ave location is always a great experience. The piercer Alex is so helpful, friendly, and has great customer service. She has helped me many times with needing my piercings in and out over the years. Had to go to the downtown location to get piercings removed and Patricia the piercer was rude and had terrible customer service.

I've been here once before for a micro tattoo . I recently returned for a septum piercing. Steve was great and knew what he was doing. We went on a Wednesday around 600p without an appointment... it filled in after we got there .. its first come, first serve. 50$/piercing Steve was efficient, and the space was clean. It's a quality place....a friend also got theirs done and we were our within 30 min.

Do not get pierced here, I got my first nose piercing and it was pierced incorrectly at a bad angle resulting in irritation bumps that wouldn’t go away until I removed the piercing, mistakenly decided to go back after my original hole healed to try again with a different piercer, I disclosed what had happened the first time around and she ensured me it would be done correctly this time around, one month later and the same irritation bump is forming again. I called to explain the situation and ask them about it and they simply brushed it off like it would heal (I know from experience it doesn’t if it’s pierced incorrectly). Additionally a friend of mine had similar issue with an incorrect angle on her ear piercing here which she had to remove as well.
