went in for a navel piercing. scott did an awesome job walking me through the process and making sure I was comfortable and prepared for insertion! prices are reasonable and staff are friendly. definitely recommend!

I would not recommend getting piercings here :/ I got my nose pierced here around 2 months ago and after my appointment, I noticed that the jewelry used was VERY long. When the jewelry was pushed all the way in, the end of it was hitting my septum and you could still see the bar from the outside of my nose. They also told me to come back in 3-4 MONTHS to get it downsized. After 2 months of being very irritated by this piercing, I met with two different piercers in the area and they said that they should not have pierced me with that jewelry… it was way too long and more appropriate for a lip piercing. They also said that the initial downsize period is typically 4-8 WEEKS. After getting the piercing changed, the irritation bump is half the size within 24 hours. Body Ritual’s employees were very kind and the place was very clean, but they should not be piercing people with the incorrect jewelry. Waiting that long to get it downsized is ridiculous too. I was disappointed with my experience at Body Ritual and will not be returning.

Got my tongue and nostril done here, both times by kevin, he's awesome. The store is super clean and feels like a professional environment. Definitely coming back :)
