Elysium Tattoo

My daughter and I went to Chris. It was a last minute walk in and he went out of his way to be acomidating. It was my daughters first tattoo. He made sure to ask her multiple times if she was doing ok. On top of being super kind and easy going his work is incredible. He is very detail oriented and does all around great work!!

Emailed and texted with a question asking if the deposit is refundable or not. Never got a response. Went to previously scheduled tattoo appointment and I.N said I cancelled via email. I explained that I did not cancel my appointment. I emailed and texted a question and I never got a response. I was told by I.N that he had nothing drawn up for my tattoo. I asked for my deposit back and told them that this was quite unprofessional and I no longer want to have a tattoo done at this shop. He again said it isn’t refundable and apologized numerous times and kept pushing me to schedule another appointment. I kept saying no. Eventually He did say he felt bad about the miscommunication and can give me some money back (even though he never drew anything up!). I had to download Venmo on the spot ( only way he would give me money back) and he gave me $82 of my &100 deposit back… so essentially I gave him $18 for doing NOTHING!

I love TIA. She's literally the best. Probably my tattoo twin. I needed her in my life. Did a special smiley face memorial for my Dad. Love this parlor's vibe! The drinks and fruit snacks went the extra mile. Love it here! Can't wait to go back!
