Trust Tattoo and Body Piercings

I had the best experience with John! He was very kind and thorough with my belly button piercing, my belly button is small so he explained how the process would look and asked if I was comfortable before beginning. The piercing itself was a little uncomfortable but not unbearable! The establishment is SUPER cute and clean! Definitely recommend and will be back :)

Once I discovered Trust, I won’t go anywhere else. First off SUPER clean. They clean everything. They wrap and unwrap items properly after each client, and you can genuinely see how much they care about sanitation. Second, the vibe is amazing. Super friendly, chill, and welcoming. It’s not dark or sketchy, the space is bright, clean, and comfortable. You don’t feel weird or uneasy at all. Honestly, you feel like family the moment you walk in. Everyone is sweet, cool, and just good people. Third, safety matters here. I personally witnessed an emergency situation once, and every single person knew exactly what to do. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and it made me feel incredibly safe. Lastly ODDY does all my tattoos, and she is absolutely amazing. She’s like a sister to me,I can be open with her with any idea and not feel stupid like other places have done to me. I trust her a million percent. Her work, her care, her energy unmatched. Really not sure why its not 6 out of 5 stars. Skeptical at first walking in because I usually stick with what I know. My old tattoo artist said he didn't want to do my tattoo because he doesnt like doing letters, so I said screw it and made a change. Walking in I was welcomed by every employee up front with a smile. As soon as I said I was there for a consult the Lebou jumped right into action to meet my needs. After getting my general idea he asked my timeline. Mind you this was December 9th and I told him I would love to have it before the 20th. Seemed impossible in my mind, but he moved some stuff around and made some calls and told me " Friday we will do your fitting, Saturday we break skin" 4 days after walking in for a full forearm fill...crazy!!! The consult was supposed to be just a meet and greet and exchange of basic ideas. It turned into hours of idea exchanges and designing. Friday was at least a half day of just me and him designing. I decided on a pretty big change the night before my appointment and he came through. I showed up and we spent 2 hours of what should have been chair time redesigning. Before my time to sit in the chair Lebou brought out a plate of chicken, tortillas, chips, guac, and vegies and handed it to me saying "go sit over there and enjoy." I guess he said he heard my stomach grumble. That right there is genuine customer care! Lebou was able to capture every single tiny detail I wanted with his tools and made a first session out of 3 look like it is already a finished tattoo. No walking around with a half done outline tattoo until your next session, not with him. This is the best service for ink and by far my favorite tattoo I have ever received. I will definitely trust in trust for all of my future inks therapy sessions!
