I had a very negative experience with Kore, which was disappointing after reading the positive reviews. Her rates are extremely high, but I decided to go there because she claims to be very fast, and she advertises her services as offering a positive and even spiritually fulfilling experience. I found her to be belittling and harsh, not at all like the persona on her website. I was dissatisfied with the result of my tattoo and when I worked up the courage to return to have it fixed, she was very defensive of her previous work. I've now spent over $1000 and have a tattoo I still dislike. I guess there's a reason that even though her shop is only open a few days a week, it is very easy to get an appointment quickly.

I've gotten two tattoos with Kore so far, and both experiences have been fantastic! The receptionists are awesome, and Koré is charismatic and charming. You feel comfortable and at ease, while the work is professional and of the highest standards. I'll definitely be visiting again!
