I really don’t leave reviews often, but getting my daughter’s ears pierced for her 3rd birthday was so special and this place made it so comfortable for her. We didn’t want to use the gun and we wanted to do tandem piercing with a needle and thankfully they offered both plus numbing cream. The two ladies were so gentle and asked for our opinions on placement to make sure we were happy. They also recommended flat earrings for her since she is a toddler and the prong earrings may get caught on things. This was in Black Friday mind you, so it was very busy but the staff was all in great moods. She is so happy with her earrings and we highly recommend this place ❤️

Just got my 15-year-old son’s nose pierced and the experience was excellent. We saw Vic, and she was so calming and funny, which really helped put my son at ease. She explained the entire process clearly and thoroughly, and everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. My son loves his new piercing and said it was way better than he expected. Such a great experience overall.
