I can confidently say that Removery Naperville has been the best experience after trying a few different locations. I’ve been getting treatments for 1 year so far and Monica and Monica are both amazing! Both are so patient, kind, and always willing to work around my busy schedule which can be a pain but I appreciate them so much! My tattoo removal is taking longer than I expected, but I completely trust them and the process. Grateful to be in such good hands!

I’m impressed and definitely recommend this location and company for laser tattoo removal. The laser removal process is highly effective, and my tattoo is gradually fading, even after my first session. Monica, the front desk staff member, has been incredibly helpful and courteous with scheduling. She provided me with informative guidance initially— and my removal is progressing according to the timeline that she outlined during my first appointment. She was also able to get me started with a treatment during my first visit. Monica, the laser aesthetician, is also wonderful. She has a good personality, professional chair-side manner, and makes the treatment session discussions enjoyable. She keeps her treatment room clean and sterile, her schedule punctual, and the sessions quick. They both always address all my questions and treat me with professionalism. I feel comfortable throughout my entire visit, each time. I’m definitely happy that I came here and if you decide to as well, you will be in good hands. Thanks ladies!
