edit: managed to get in touch with someone on messenger to get my appt rescheduled. waited an hour to get in the chair but the actual tattooing experience was great. Tom was friendly and worked quickly without super sacrificing quality. the other artist also seems super cool, she was lovely to chat with. will revisit for at least one full piece but the lack of regard for my time was incredibly frustrating. showed up for the fri 13th flash, couldnt get a flash done. ok cool. girl asked if we could schedule an appt for monday (2.16) at noon. i scheduled the appt, paid the $25 up front. cool. i then sat in the parking lot the day of for 20 minutes without seeing anybody. cant get anyone on the phone. nothing anywhere ab them being closed today. excellent first experience with these folks. ffs.

I was pierced about 2 weeks ago—best piercing experience I’ve had (and I have had 10+ different piercings before). They made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Everything was safe and sterile. On top of the service itself being great, they were kind and welcoming. 1000% will be going back for any and all piercings of mine in the future. Since then I have gotten to know the owner Tom Chisholm and the artists/piercers. They care about their clients and are clearly passionate about what they do. Unlike other shops these days, they do not charge up the ass, yet they know their worth of their art as well. 5 out of 5 not just for the service, but for the environment. I have no complaints.

Walked in and asked to have some tragus jewelry changed and it was done right on spot! I was very impressed with the kindness and patience of the staff. They made it a wonderful and easy experience for me. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!
