I had an extremely pleasant experience today with piercer Chris. Super straightforward, very professional, quick piercer, and just overall good at what he does. Make sure to tip your piercer. :) I had only ever gone to Claire's to get my ears done as a kid, and this was a much better experience. I just got a 2nd lobe piercing on each side. I can update once I am healed but so far I am doing fabulous.

Went today and had my second lobes, helix and daith done by Yeshua! Absolutely fantastic piercer, funny, professional and very gentle as well. The piercings and jewelry are very reasonably priced, and the facility is so clean. 10/10!

You know, I really wanted to love this place. The customer service was amazing. I got 2 piercings and changed 3 of my old earrings out that i had previously. Got my son a piercing as well. Spent about 400.00... Low and behold within a couple weeks 1 of my earrings fell out. I was bummed but oh well I was thinking I'll just get it replaced. Well before I could get it replaced another came out.... and long story short literally within 2 months I had not 1 earring in my ear. Im not sure what's up with this jewelry because I've had my original piercings for over 10 yrs and they never came out on their own. The jewelry is too expensive to be coming out. I tried to call but yall don't have a line to speak with store reps so I counted it as a loss, until the other day when my daughter was like "MOM WHERE'S ALL OF YOUR EARRINGS" I told her what happened and she was like you paid too much, you need to inform them. So here I am. It's been some months but I'm still bummed out on the money I lost and the esthetically pleasing look I was going for🫩
