I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. DO NOT order from them! They are very unprofessional, I received broken, damaged box with missing items. My item seems like it was thrown in a mailer bag and expected the item to arrive perfectly. When I reported it immediately they said, “so sorry can’t help you.” They are careless and package and seal things incorrectly and refuse to fix to even replace anything.

This company is unprofessional and just seems very incompetent. I order supplies from their website with USPS priority Mailing (covers for guaranteed next day shipping - I checked with USPS) they didn’t drop my order off until 4-5 PM of the same after USPS had already left and picked up packages. When I reached out to them because my shipping time now is 3 days they told me basically they could care less and just return the item. I spend more on shipping than the item itself. Very unprofessional and mishandled the situation. I woildnt give them any money or stars.

Terrible customer service - doesn’t take accountability for anything. I see All of the one star reviews and they are all the same thing bad customer service bad attitude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t pay for supplies or tattoos - this guy/business is a joke. Rude and can’t handle any communications with customers I’m assuming it ran by people that have never spoke to people properly a day in their lives. STAY AWAY!
