Brent is the best! He is incredibly kind and professional. I got two ear piercings and a septum. He and Emily take the time to make sure to answer any questions, and ensure that your piercings will heal. The shop is incredibly clean! I always look forward to coming in and seeing him and Emily when I stop in for new jewelry! If you are in the Norman/OKC area and are wanting a piercing, you won’t regret coming here!

I went into this shop to downsize my navel piercing. If that is all we had done, I would've given 5 stars. They are very kind, helpful, and promise high quality jewelry. The jewelry is pricey, but I didn't mind since they told me the price ahead of time and advised that it would help heal my not so good looking navel piercing. My visit was almost a week ago and my navel looks great. During the jewelry change for my navel, my freshly pierced rook started to bleed. The rook was done at a different shop and not relevant to the reason I came in. I went ahead and let the person assisting me know it was bleeding, thinking I would just be given a paper towel. He finished up changing my navel and begin to look at my rook. I let him know I got this done during a Friday the 13th sale at a different shop and he began to tell me that these promotions are not worth purchasing as they typically do not do a good job and supply poor quality jewelry. I didn't say much in response as it felt a little condescending and shameful. He began to clean my 5 day old rook piercing without my permission. I let him know that wasn't necessary and that I could clean it later and apologized for the bleeding. He proceeded to clean my rook very harshly as I am telling him how much it hurts and quite literally squirming around on the table in pain. Before I left I thanked him for cleaning my ear because upon first glance, it did look a lot better as it was pretty crusty beforehand. The pain I felt in my rook continued throughout the night and the next morning I was in a tremendous amount of pain from the harsh cleaning. My entire ear has been SO swollen, red, hot, and in pain since that night. I reached out to the shop and asked if they could advise on how I should handle this as it was perfectly fine before he cleaned it. He told me that my ear was probably having a reaction to the jewelry and that I should change it out to a better piece. It's worth noting that I had my other rook pierced at the same (Friday the 13th promo) shop a couple years ago and had no issues with healing or the quality of jewelry. I thanked him for the advice and moved on because I felt responsible that I wasn't more firm on not wanting him to clean my ear in the first place. This is clearly a knowledgeable and experienced piercer which is why I am unsure why the cleaning (that I did not ask for) was done so harshly, persistent, and without consent. Especially after I made it clear that it was done very recently. I truly believe that this cleaning is what caused so much pain and on going complications with my rook. For this reason, I am not giving the 5 star rating that I would have given.

We came in on 3/1/26, the lady working the folding counter (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) was awesome. She Helped my 9 year old pick out jewelry. Miah the piercer was so amazing. My daughter was really nervous and had some anxiety. Miah was patient and so kind with her. Eased her fears and did great. My daughter is so happy she overcame a big fear! Thank you so much!
