Exotic Impressions Body Piercing

I went to EI on Tuesday after debating a nip piercing for the last year! Kate was very professional and sweet! I was nervous but she had a very gentle/reassuring demeanor. The process was quick and I’m in love with my piercing! I would highly recommend asking for her if you are getting your first body piercing like I was or are nervous in general.

Randomly popped into the Otranto location in North Charleston to get advice on what to do with 2 previous attempts to pierce a flat on each ear by another piercer. Kate took a picture of my ear and worked up a curated picture to show me where the flat should have been pierced. I made the decision to let the other 4 holes go and have Kate pierce my flat piercing on each ear. She nailed it perfectly. Both piercings even and perfectly placed! I guess the 3rd time is a charm. This will be my new place to get pierced. Great jewelry selection and unlike 2 other businesses I have visited in the area....their focus is on the piercing and not on the sale of the highest priced piercing jewelry in the store. The focus at exotic impressions is on the art of the piercing. I would highly recommend them.

Had a REALLY great experience with Matthew. He was kind, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered some questions I had for him about some jewelry that I wanted to purchase online and he was able to not tell me but wrote down what sizes to look out for. Definitely a, great guy. I haven't had the pleasure to get pierced by him yet, but I'm pretty sure I will soon. I feel extra comfortable with him. 😊 However, I did not care too much for my appointment waiting time. It was 20 minutes over just for a jewelry change. That needs to get better, because what's the point if making an appointment if you're not gonna honor the customers appointment time? But, Matt was worth the wait.
