Piercing Perfection

James was great. Very informative and gentle. Very clean and sterile procedure. He explained everything ahead to my daughter and I before he did it which meant alot because of a previous bad experience she had somewhere else. He definitely put her at ease and we will be using him again and again. Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in! Highly reccomend!

Save your self and go to a company that values customer service and throughly educating customers before and after not iguess relying on a so called "pamplet" one in which I was not handed or given upon receiving my very first piercing at this company. I called stating that the end of my ball broke off inquiring if it can be put back in or do I need to re- pierce again... at this time I was informed they dont break off they unscrew. I didnt know this but Okay cool understandable, however my issue was the dude on the phone started lowkey going back with me forth telling me i should have known this because i receieved a aftercare paper. i express multiple times that I didnt get this information only the saline spray. At this point of the conversation this was his or the employee time to backtrack and educate me on what needed to be done and what my options were instead of the back and forth but, no he didnt care just kept repeating himself stating everyone gets one so i got one to. i hang up on him after the 4th time repeating himself . how wasnt i aware of something so simple like tightening the ball if i receieved the information i was supposed to? Why did I think the end broke off if I was told to screw it? Does that make sense? I was not fully educated during my visit but iguess that's my fault for not reading the pamphlet I didnt get nor did I know I needed to get. LMAOOOOOOOOOO! HILARIOUS need an award for that one. Edit: the way you added the unnecessary lies in was repulsive honestly. Rather i had to pay again or not isnt the problem your combative reponse is and anyone who can read can see it ! Free or not i called to ask what i had to do! You called me combative on the phone? You a lie. Sir stop lying that's crazy you lying like that ! You respond with a whole lie. I was combative on a 2 minute conversation or did i repeat multiple times i didnt have a aftercare pamplet that you insist i receieved ? If that's combative then oh well im telling the truth! Well I did bought the saline solution in which i informed you so I did know I had to clean it. Just lying 🤣🤣 inane. Clearly your a liar and lack character skills. I dont need a septum piercing that bad.... Good day! Never told you 7-8 months. I said JULY my septum was pierced in July 2025 its January 2026 if that's 8 months then my im concern .

They were very nice and welcoming! They were clean and easy they do it so quickly it's probably the best piercing shop we've been to and also tells you to come in for free check ups they got a good variety of choices I 100% recommend going there. The lady who checked us in was nice and talkative and gave me good tips and my piercer don't a great job on helping me understand how it should be cleaned and they provide you with manual and they have a very comfortable artistic vibe inside the piercing shop and I will be going there to get any other piercing I got my belly button done.
