Frankie did an incredible job on my tattoo! It was quick, painless and it still turned out perfect. I went for the Friday the 13th event, it was my first time in but definitely not my last. They had a comfortable set up, snacks and even bracelets for the event. All of the tattoo artist are incredibly friendly and do a wonderful job. The atmosphere and vibes are just really chill. My favorite tattoo shop so far. 10/10
Amazing!! 100% will always recommend! The artists here are so talented and creative. The owner Ella has done a fantastic job of turning my ideas into something beautiful! The space is clean and comfortable, everyone is super friendly. I won't go anywhere else! From first tattoos, and detailed line work, to full color sleeves O'Fallon Ink is your go-to place 😁🤩
First off, the artists I’ve met at O’Fallon Ink are outstanding, kind, talented, and genuinely fun to be around. My issue is with how the shop is run. I came in for sleeve work. My artist was on time with a great design, and we got started right away. About an hour in, the owner asked to speak with my artist for a few minutes. Since it was break time anyway, she stepped away. But 15 minutes turned into 30, then 45… then over an hour. Other artists kept checking in, telling me “they should be out any minute,” but nothing. In total, I sat there for almost two hours. As a diabetic, I came prepared to manage my condition during a normal session, but not to be left sitting for hours without food. When my artist finally came back, she was visibly shaken and understandably not able to continue working. I left with a half finished tattoo, no time in my schedule to finish it, and an awful experience as a client. The owner stopped me in the parking lot to apologize, saying it was “only supposed to be a 10 minute conversation” and offering compensation, which I declined. Here’s the problem: even if it had been just 10 minutes, what professional thinks it’s acceptable to pull an artist mid-session and send them back too shaken to do their best work on someone’s skin? That decision alone tells me this is not a shop I can trust. The artists deserve better, and so do the clients. I won’t be back.
