I went with my boyfriend Monday 11/24/2025 for him to get a wrist tattoo done by Rachel. (It's from the anime "Death Note" when the Shinigami Ryuk is handing Light an apple) She was incredibly kind first off before even meeting with us considering tattoo artists are not obligated to do this, but he had put down a deposit prior to even knowing a government shutdown was going to happen and he was laid off for over a month and what Rachel did was hold the deposit for him for when the shutdown was over and he had the money so that already was telling me she was incredibly kind because again, they are not obligated to do that for anyone and we had never met her before. The location is behind the Ogden mall so there's tons of parking and I was very impressed by how clean and peaceful it was inside their shop since I've seen some sketchy shops and a lot of very loud ones. I loved how she actually listened to what he wanted as well, I've unfortunately run into tattoo artists who do the tattoo their way despite you voicing out if you don't like it but Rachel listened the entire time. She answered all his questions, was very respectful, and honestly she was very comfortable to sit in the session with as she had a very calm personality and she came off as a genuinely nice person. Prior to starting the session as well, because she saw me with him, she had already brought out another chair so I could sit next to him while he was being tattooed which was really thoughtful and observant. The session took less than 2 hours and we were both very impressed with her work, it turned out flawless and the details are amazing. While we were there, it seemed she was the only tattoo artist in at the time so I had no idea who else worked there until I saw that they have framed pictures along one wall of their employees and I got so excited to see a friend's face up there who I haven't seen in person in years so it was just great experience after great impression after great genuine comfort with this tattoo shop. After leaving as well, my boyfriend and I were talking about how the pricing was really good too. Neither of us had ever heard as well prior to coming to this shop, a tattoo gun that was so quiet, it was incredibly peaceful. We both have a few tattoos which is why I can say neither of us have heard of a silent tattoo gun before Rachel's, it was confusing and wonderful. So, definitely a recommendation to check out this gem.

Ana is amazing. I have received 3 tattoos from her this year and plan to get many more. She is an amazing artists. Gives good advice. And my tattoos always heal super fast. My skin gets angry very easy and she goes above and beyond to get it to calm down. And if it won’t, she tells me we need to come back later so it will hold the ink better. Instead of just taking my money and giving me a bad tattoo that will need to be touched up later. I highly recommend her to anyone.
