Valencia is amazing. She has done 75% of my tattoos including the ones in the photos plus my sternum and both hips. I’ve never had a problem with shading or line work. I have also gotten pieces done by Sergio and Jeremiah and those have also turned out great. You can’t go wrong with any artist in the shop

Very friendly and talented crew. Twice, I've gone in with an idea for a piece and the equivalent of a stick-figure drawing. In a few weeks, there's a masterpiece waiting for me! I've had this result once each from both Miah and Sergio. The other times, I've taken in printouts of exactly what I want and they've put it on me perfectly. Brilliant linework and color, and for the one greyscale piece I've had done, the use of shading and negative space to create detail was mind-blowing! I just went in recently for my first appointment at the new location. Love the space and can't wait to come back for more! Friendly crew and amazing work!

My friend and I came in asking for fine line black and grey. My friend wanted a simple tattoo on her ear and I wanted a few dainty dragonflies on my foot. We were told every excuse in the book as to why these tattoos were not doable. The artists themselves didn't even have l courtesy to discuss options with us. They had there receptionist running back and forth rejecting every idea we had and trying to force change for very simple tattoos. The price range was unreasonable as well for what we were asking for. Would not recommend. They did not try to accommodate us at all. We left and went to another shop and they had no problems with the placement or sizes for a much cheaper price than this place was offering us. Pics included of our tattoos that we ended up getting, the exact ideas we asked for that they refused.
