I can’t say enough good things about Ironwood and specifically Ali! I have several pieces done by her and she is always professional and upfront about everything. She’s super easy to work with and an absolute sweetheart. She’s also helped me rework a concept so it had a better flow and I couldn’t be more pleased with all the work she’s done for me! I trust her eye for design completely and recommend her to everyone I know!

I only have gotten piercings from here at this point in time, I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. The staff are friendly and kind, the space itself is relaxing to be in. I find it common for me to get somewhat anxious (to say the least!) before getting a tattoo or piercing. The last place id want to be before a body mod is an overwhelming environment. Cassidy is an excellent piercer, ❗knowledgeable❗, provides high quality jewelry, uses clean tools and equipment, and keeps the whole process pleasant and easy. 10/10.

I’ve had two piercings done by Cassidy, and her customer service is absolutely amazing. She has a way of making you feel completely comfortable in her chair, and her vibe is always so warm and welcoming. For full transparency, my second piercing ended up being pierced at a slight angle, which created a pressure bump. It wasn’t going to heal correctly, so I did have to have it removed. I had another piercer look at it, and they explained that this can happen. They told me that from the outside it looked fine, but you could feel the angle from the inside, and that sometimes these issues aren’t noticeable at the time of piercing. Even with that experience, I still think Cassidy is incredibly talented and kind. Mistakes happen, and I appreciated how comfortable she made both of my appointments.
