The people running this place are soooo nice, respectful and funny. They have all jewelry for any piercing. Got my left buttcheak studded and she did it like she has 1000000 times before. Waiting room can be a little more inviting, but that is it. Thank you for the piercing!!! Be back for my eyebrow.

Amber is a great piercer. Unfortunately, this review is for the receptionist. She went around taking orders for Kobe, when it came she left the front desk unattended. I waited over 15 mins and i needed to leave. I understand people have to eat, but someone needs to man the front desk, it is simple customer service. Then she starts yelling saying she has type 2 diabetes and her health is more important. Ok. Again why is there no one manning the front? Then you come back with the kobe bag in your hand like it’s ok. You having people walking out because no one is there to attend to them. Then while yelling about her health she walks off on me telling me I dont need to come back if i dont like it. I suggest Fine Ink studio. The prices are higher but you are attended promptly, respected, and no one is coming to a working area with left overs in front of the customers you just neglected.

Decided to get my first tattoo done here and thought it was a a trustable location. Very wrong. Tattoo looked great when I first got it done but as the weeks went by, it began to blow out. Got quoted from another artist and got told it was pretty bad. So bad, they recommended laser treatment after letting it settle. I’m very disappointed and upset that my first tattoo at this place ended up getting botched. Price was too good to be true. I would not recommend getting tattooed here at all. Very nice people but not a great job. Got pierced here as well and my industrial is infected and full of bumps. :/
