Little Joe…. Absolutely PHENOMENAL artist. I can come to him with a preliminary idea and he will turn it into something out of this world. I have 3/4 body suit from him and still going. Primrose tattoo is professional and clean and they ALWAYS treat you like family. Joe is extremely fast and light handed. I would never even consider getting tattooed by anyone else.
