Awesome experience! Specifically chose Jerry as my artist after seeing his work on their website, and couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I arrived, the space felt welcoming and comfortable. Jerry greeted me right on time and immediately set the tone with patience, kindness, and professionalism. He’s a true artist, not only technically skilled but also incredibly thoughtful. He took the time to make sure the design was exactly right, and we settled on something I love. Throughout the process, he was attentive and reassuring, checking in and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Came in to cover a terrible tattoo from my childhood, and Jerry completely transformed it into something meaningful and beautiful!

I came here to get my hand piece done. This shop was just the spot I was looking for. So professional. The vibes are just amazing. Daniel worked on my hand all day and just did an amazing job. I gave him my idea and let him run with whatever he thought would work out. And my gosh. His template exceeded my expectations. All the artists there are just extremely talented. Just the way they took their time to make sure every detail was accounted for. So talented I'm scheduled for another piece in 2 weeks. UPDATE: went back to see Daniel again on the 1st for my head piece. Again, I told Daniel I wanted laugh now, cry later masks in skulls. he ran with the idea, placement and size. He exceeded my expectations, I absolutely love the work he did. I didnt expect us to go for 12 or so hours, but my guy sat tough for it. I'll be back soon to continue my sleeve.

I travel to Pasadena once or twice a year for work (I come from Pittsburgh PA) and I make sure to stop in and get work done by Lupe, she is an amazing artist! I highly recommend this shop! Some of my PGH friends are considering making a trip out here just to get some work done!
