I would just like to add to any bad reviews are from clients that have their friends put reviews. In no way or form have they done any business with me. I take pride in my clients needs and my talent. I feel some clients just don’t don’t know how to except the word ‘no’. I am a custom based artist who only specializes in big tattoos. Customers who let me take their idea to the next level and give me their trust get my best work. I’ve been tattooing 20yrs and I cannot please everyone. That’s expected. And that’s excepted. There’s a reason why I stay booked out over a yr I have tons and tons and TONS of people who keep returning so I must be doing something right!!

Five stars is not enough to show how amazing Mike Cruise at Secret Addiction Tattoos is. His talent is unmatched. If you're looking for flash or something simple, go somewhere else. You wouldn't get Michelangelo to paint your kitchen. I went in with a vague vision of what I wanted. I turned that hint of an idea over to Mike and he designed and tattooed a masterpiece that makes me want to throw away every shirt I have with sleeves. I literally wear tank tops in the winter just to show off his work. He is booked out months or even years in advance, but it is worth the wait.

Mike without a doubt is the best artist in the entire Houston area and I would say is the best in the country. I caught wind of his work from a friend who shared his post back in 2020. I was able to get on his books when he opened them and got my first piece, my gorilla, in the fall of 2022. The wait was long, but well worth it. He has since completed my other two pieces pictured below. I knew going into it this was going to be on me forever so I made sure to wait for someone who was worth my time rather than the everyday artist who could work you in probably same day. Mike has always given me good advice, especially as a newbie, and we have had great conversations during every session. He has a wait list for a reason. If you prefer quality over quantity, look no further. The wait is worth it.
